📋 1) Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Foodi AI (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

📱 2) Service Description

Foodi AI provides AI-assisted food analysis, health insights, and meal planning features. Content is for informational purposes only and is not medical advice.

✅ 3) Eligibility

You represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction to use the App and capable of entering into a binding agreement.

💳 4) Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal

Subscriptions are managed by Apple via StoreKit. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by the App Store under Apple's terms.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your device's App Store settings.
Pricing may vary by country/region and currency. Taxes and fees may apply.

⭐ 5) Unlimited Usage (Premium)

Premium subscribers enjoy unlimited food analyses and meal plan generations.
Usage is intended for personal, non-commercial purposes.
We reserve the right to monitor usage patterns to prevent abuse or automated access.
To protect the service integrity, we may store a device identifier in your device's Keychain to track usage across reinstalls on the same device.
Excessive or automated usage that impacts service availability for other users may result in temporary restrictions or account suspension.

🆓 6) Free Tier

We may offer limited free credits. Free credits are tracked per device and may not reset with reinstall. Attempts to circumvent limits may result in restriction or termination.

⛔ 7) Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, scrape, or misuse the App or its services
Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content
Attempt to bypass usage limits, fraud detection, or security controls
Use the App for medical diagnostics or emergency decision-making

📸 8) User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you provide (e.g., food photos). You grant Foodi AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process your content to deliver the App's features and improve quality (subject to the Privacy Policy).

All trademarks, logos, graphics, UI elements, and software are owned by Foodi AI or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the App as permitted by these Terms.

🔗 10) Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services (e.g., Apple App Store/StoreKit; AI service providers). Your use of those services is subject to their terms. Foodi AI is not responsible for third-party services.

Foodi AI provides general information only. It is not medical, nutritional, or professional advice. Always consult a qualified professional for health-related decisions.

🔄 12) Availability and Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

⚖️ 14) Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FOODI AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

🚪 15) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Sections that should survive termination will remain in effect.

⚖️ 16) Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or small claims court, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
